We offer mentoring in the M.E.N.D. framework. Providing tools and education that can help to recognize and overcome personally unhealthy foundations and dynamics, so that anyone can recreate and retrain their “self”. To retrain the parts of self that are a hindrance, and to strengthen the parts that are functioning in balance. It’s about “progress, not perfection”.
